I'm in-between posts.  Working at getting the next set ready for publication and found this.

BOTH SUBMITTED CONFLICTING STORIES TO THE BOLI INVESTIGATION.

Trimet's response to the BOLI Investigator from

1.) "... and notes that it would NOT inform Ms. Fox of any personnel action it had taken with respect to another employee any more then it would would inform another employee of any personal action it had taken with respect to Ms. Fox."

2.) "Trimet also denies that Ms. Fox has been treated differently than other similarly situated employees."

to Al Margulies in response to one of the complaints he filed against me to HR.


She says, "We are currently evaluating the information you provided to us and will contact you when our review is complete."


I wasn't even allowed to ask about the complaint I filed against him.  My complaints against him, which you all saw posted all over his blog for years weren't investigated - ever! Policy was never applied! But, he got this:




So, the lawyer Devine, in her report to the BOLI investigator stated they'd NEVER reveal the results of an investigative complaint to the other party THEN one of the HR EXECUTIVE INVESTIGATORS sends Al a letter promising to contact him when the investigation against me is complete?  wtf?!!  Well, at least she spelled my name right.
