WILL MARGULIES EVER STOP?!!

Based on my experience with Rantings blogger  Al Margulies, he's someone who will exploit you at the drop of a hat if it will somehow benefit him.  He did it to me. He did it to our Union.  He just did it to a co-worker .  Remember when Chris Parker was arrested?   Rantings' was OUTRAGED:  

As posted in his blog defending an admitted child molester, "ARRESTED, JAILED, AND HUMILIATED BY THE POLICE STATE AND CORPORATE MEDIA THAT PROVIDES ENTERTAINMENT FOR THE CANNIBALS THAT INHABIT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERIKA"

And of course we''ll never forget his interviews on KGW.  "Outspoken TriMet bus driver is facing criticism, after a passenger accused him of being too distracted to drive because he's busy making a video for his personal blog."  and his telling Anne Jagger  about Corporate media and THE PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE!!!

IT'S A MEDIA CIRCUS!!! He'd yell!  He took anyone and everyone on who'd even dare suggest one of our Operators was doing something WITHOUT an in-house investigation.  So, I was wondering what happened with this particular situation to make him jump the fence?  Could it be he saw this as an opportunist opportunity to become

FAMOUS? 

Have ya looked at his site?  It's like his 15 minutes ran out right after the timer buzzed but he's still going. Like he's all hopped up on endorphin.  A figment of his own imagination.

I find Rantings' behavior predictable yet terribly sad.  Here's a woman who's been judged, convicted and hung by an unscrupulous blogger feeding information to Corporate Media. She never had a chance. He took it from her. He did the EXACT same thing to her that he accused Corporate Media of doing to himself, Chris Parker and others. He's posting sites and bragging about how his popularity has GROWN and how important he is. He just seems to need so much more attention but on a larger scale.  Grandiose and arrogant. And it's all so damned negative. All these breaches of trust and from what I read he just got Jeff Ackerson too.  

Aha!  Seek and ye shall find! Rantings' jumped the fence to assist in feeding the anti Operator media craze because (he says she's), "not my favorite person."  She and I have much in common!  

I removed the two snippets of you tube conversations from Margulies aka Rantings, Tom Hall and Jeff Ackerson because they are in uniform.  I would like to point out that both men gave Rantings permission to video audio tape and publish them. TM monitors all Blogs and OK's these videos for publication. Once published they become fair use.

The video illustrates that no matter how this ends the Operator of the Bus has been seriously slandered BEFORE an investigation had a chance to take place.  The conversation in the video clearly creates an atmosphere of "contempt prior to Investigation."  In the end she could end up winning a great sum of damages from these two.  They're talking as if they have the inside scoop and perhaps they do because according to Rantings', her Union Representative took confidential Union information about her and gave it to him for 

publication OR he exploited his friendship with Ackerson for the notoriety OR Margulies is lying about the information he claims Ackerson gave him. No matter what -  it's NOT OK.

I don't know what happened between the Operator and the baby's Mother because I wasn't there. I just think there are a whole lot of other variables which could have been investigated had she been allowed.  Trimet's going to investigate but how much of their decision will be based on public opinion? It's like the media frenzy will more than  probably corrupt the process. I'm thinking such things as the baby's mother could have been contacting a lawyer in her silence as she may have seen dollar signs in light of all the media coverage.  I'm thinking the mother may have previously arranged to have her husband meet them. I'm thinking cell phone records and the time of the call to him. I'm thinking about the paperwork the Operator may have filled out just after the incident. I'm thinking about data packs and THIRD party witnesses and how they often insight others in the bus against us. I'm thinking re-certification class - safety, distractions, scan...  

I'm exasperated by Rantings' fence jumping. According to documentation I've gathered the chances of him being on your side though his media are based primarily upon the person in question being a personal friend.  He knows who his followers are. He panders to them. 

Comments from his 'man-boys' does nothing more than validate what I've been saying  about their ignorance and hatred when it comes to people who are different then themselves. The author of the comment is Asian/American.
