I don't want to misconstrue Mr. Margulies intentions when he signed the petitions and when he felt it was necessary to explain the difference in signatures BECAUSE I don't know what his intentions were AND I don't know what his signature looks like - drunk or sober.
BUT, my question to him is, "WAS THE BLACK BALL PROCEEDINGS A SERIOUS EFFORT OR WAS IT THE RESULT OF A JOKE?

AND, my next question would be to the President of our Union. WHY were the BLACKBALL proceeding allowed to go forth WITHOUT you personally checking the petition for ACCURACY AND THE CORRECT NUMBER
