THERE EXISTS EVIDENCE NEIL MCFARLANE'S ADMINISTRATION IS SENDING ABOUT CONDUCT THEY FEEL IS PERMISSIBLE IN THE WORKPLACE. CONDUCT THAT IS EVIL IN THAT IT'S ABUSIVE AND DEMEANING TO THE HUMAN SPIRIT.
