We made an appointment with Senator Chip Shields last Spring (2011) to discuss the possibility of creating new laws to protect all citizens regardless of age from Cyber Harassment. He changed his mind about meeting in Salem after we drove 3/4 of the way. We then headed back to Portland to meet with him at a coffee shop he suggested and frequents. After waiting nearly two hours, I called and he accused us of not being there when he arrived. The owner of the shop (who knows the Senator) verified, "he hasn't been in today." Others sitting outside said the same. If something came up or he he didn't feel like it he could've called. It was the dishonesty!!! It changed everything about how I feel about our elected. He knew why we were coming. He expressed concern over the issues. His office made the appointment.

THE LAWS AS LISTED BELOW ARE NOT ENFORCED. THEY'RE OLD AND NOT RELEVANT TO TODAY'S INTERNET USAGE. OREGON NEEDS CURRENT LAWS TO PROTECT US FROM BULLYS AND STALKERS HIDING BEHING THEIR COMPUTERS! ACCORDING TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, THEY CAN PICK AND CHOOSE WHICH LAWS TO ENFORCE.

SHEILD'S KNEW WE WORKED FOR TRIMET AND ARE MEMBERS OF ATU 757. HE DOESN'T MEET WITH UNION MEMBERS BUT HE SURE DOES BEG FOR CONTRIBUTIONS.

SENATOR SHIELDS, A DEMOCRAT REPRESENTING NE PORTLAND RECEIVES ENORMOUS CONTRIBUTIONS FROM UNIONS. SAME AS KITZHABER. ($2.2 million for his last election).

THEY'RE CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEMISE OF THE WORKING CLASS!!!
